Sometimes online orders do strange things. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot and find your order. If you go through these steps and still can’t find it, please reach out to me at patty@pattymurphyhandmade.com so I can get your download to you.
Find The Correct Folder
Downloads are stored in a folder on your phone or computer.
Mac Users
Open your Finder and click on the Downloads folder and search for the file.
Windows PC
Open File Explorer, select Downloads and search for the file.
iPhone or iPad
Open the blue Files app (search for it on your home screen if you can’t find it). Tap Browse then tap Downloads.
Android
Open your app drawer and look for My Files, File by Google or File Manager. Tap downloads to see your saved files.
