Poppies in Tuscany is a chorus of scraps, highlighted with an analogous hue to update a classic Storm at Sea pattern.
In addition to diving into how to create this beauty using an assortment of scraps, we’ll discuss how to accurately and correctly piece the blocks so your quilt sing.
In addition to creating the quilt, we’ll explore concepts from Patty’s third book, Zero Waste Quilting, to utilize the scraps created making this quilt. Students will leave with a completed, or partially completed, quilt and deeper insight into analyzing and maximizing the use of scrap fabrics, leading to minimal waste.
